Did anyone ever have the beef carpaccio at Tevere? I heard from a friend it was amazing. Sounded kinda exotic to me...

beef carpaccio is not exactly an exotic dish
i high quality meat, either raw or seared slightly while very raw in the middle, then sliced paper thin, and tossed with salad greens and some sort of acidic dressing ( and non kosher will usually have Parmesan cheese as well )

They also have an excellent beef carpaccio at Mike's Bistro. Recco'd.

(Though I, too, wouldn't characterize it as "exotic." Diff strokes I guess.)

Like,Tonsils,testicles,Oxford tails,etc

The tierra sur menu changes seasonally so I don't think there is a way to guarantee that those dishes will be on the menu when someone else goes.

It is originaly from venice and it has retained its foreign name hence I believe it would be classified as exotic. Either way the topic was changed to
