mmmmmm I had an Elk burger at Tierra Sur and it was AMAZING!

No idea where to buy it though. And that was over 3 years ago.

Nothing really exotic here but these guys sell the best kosher meat you can buy. Healthwise and tastewise.

Shallots Bistro in Chicago has an exotic meal once a year.  Apparently in the past they have served udder, bull testicle, and, rumor has it, they almost had giraffe but backed out last minute. Not sure when it is this year but I'll post it when I hear.

The nice thing about it is that before each course they discuss the historic and halchic basis for eating each food.

at the actual dinner they hand out a book that starts with the gemaros and goes through several sources for each food. it's well over 100 pages.
