Looks amazing.
Shallots Bistro in Chicago has an exotic meal once a year. Apparently in the past they have served udder, bull testicle, and, rumor has it, they almost had giraffe but backed out last minute. Not sure when it is this year but I'll post it when I hear.

The nice thing about it is that before each course they discuss the historic and halchic basis for eating each food.
