Selling reservation at Grand Beach Surfside 1/4 - 1/7

I have a non-refundable reservation at the Grand Beach Hotel in Surfside starting TODAY 1/4 going through Sunday 1/7 that I can't make.  Room is a Standard Suite, 1 King Bed, City View (Sunset View King). Looking to sell the whole reservation for $1,100.
