Best brokerage offers

Have been shopping for *exceptional* brokerage deals and have only found some old ones.  Like the Fidelity 100K$ for 50K points and the SPG 20K points for 25K$.

Sometimes, a personal broker will reveal some "secret" deals that are not advertised.   Anyone hear of any good ones?

One more thing:  a few years back, Schwab used to send me a nice gift every year just for being a good customer.   (E.g., dinner for the family on them).   Anyone still getting these?    Do you need some min net worth?  (any brokers out there????)

Sorry to bump but I'm hoping someone has some experience to share with me.    I also see that Schwab also has a smartphone (android only)  that they will give away for 75K deposit.  Not great, but not worthless either.
