Qantas Question!

Any Qantas pro's here that can answer a quick (maybe silly) Q?

I am trying to book a flight from TLV-JFK and pricing is seemingly changing whilst in the cart

It shows 37,800 + 55gbp and then hops to 50,900 and 234gbp when I head to checkout..?
