Walk-ins should be fine but appointments are recommended. It took 60-90 minutes apiece for me and DW but I feel like it should take 15 minutes or less, we had a banker who took her time.

My wife had an appointment; I didn't. Took each of us about 45-60 min.

Would take me like 7 minutes to do myself online. SMH
