I have an idea for Elon when/if takes over Twitter. Return everyone to Twitter and let them say what they want, but no more anonymity. In order to post or comment you need to use your name and be verified. Make everyone be accountable for what they say. A game changer.— David Neeleman (@DavidNeeleman) April 15, 2022

Twitter is working to hammer out terms of a transaction and could reach an agreement with Elon Musk as soon as today if negotiations go smoothly, according to a person with knowledge of the matter.
What exactly are they negotiating? Other than money what can Musk offer the existing board? Governance terms for private Twitter?I saw articles saying theyre negotiating a fee if the deal falls through, but if Musk only has to pay if he backs out, and hes sincerely interested in buying, why would that be an issue?
AP dead or Obi dead?
JUST IN: Twitter and Elon Musk have reached a deal on a full buyout valued at $44 Billion, to be announced shortly, the WSJ reports.
The richest guy on the 2021 Forbes 400 owns the Washington Post. Number 2 now owns Twitter. Number 3 owns Facebook. Numbers 5 and 6 started Google. Numbers 4 and 9 started Microsoft. Number 10 owns Bloomberg. Free speech? You decide.— David Rothkopf (@djrothkopf) April 25, 2022
