It is specifically designed to only allow notes that have a consensus among people holding different viewpoints. Anecdotally, I have not seen notes that took an objectively false view. Sometimes there are 2 legitimate sides, and the community notes are great at showing the viewer that there is a second side.

Block feature is being tremendously abused. X was created as a public discussion forum, not an echo chamber. Legitimate people should not be blocked from any public profile or post. For harassment and abuse they should be reported and muted and X should take action.

If the block feature remains, if it gets used on regular people it should limit the reach of their tweets.

The issue is with bots and spam.
I have spoken to someone who manages social media for a company and he told me that 80percent of private messages are bots/spam.
 I'm waiting for musk to fix that problem
