Individual nights available but not the entire stay?

I'm looking to book a hotel on an OTA and I see that each individual night is available for significantly less than the hotels site. However when I choose the entire trip duration on the OTA it says that it's sold out. Would you just book 3 separate nights and hope the hotel just let's you stay in the room?


ETA hotel is Cooper hotel in DFW and ota is hotels.com

Maybe it’s different room types that are available on different nights?

Was thinking that. I guess I can always book 3 separate nights and call hotel if they can combine. If not I can cancel
