I got it a half a year ago and never heard back. Have a feeling that they were waiting until the end of the "COVID emergency" to send a reply that I'm no longer eligible.

Has there been any experience with anyone renewing and they are no longer within the income guidelines since the emergency ended in April?

Yes, but you will not be able to claim his as a dependent, AFAIK. He will apply as a single who makes no income.

My family is being terminated from Jersey Care, my son is in middle of braces treatment which is being covered by JC (Due to its necessity) any way I can get them to cover even after they terminate since we started while we were covered?

Perhaps ask the orthodontist if they can bill whatever they can now? It may be most of the cost.

Renewing through the State website, application asks for a 12 digit policy number. Any idea what that is? (Case number is less than 12 digits)

In the renewal package on one of the forms there is an ID Number.

They started renewals in April and iirc they said it'll take about 12 months to get through everyone

If you're worried now because it's open enrollment, note that whenever you do get thrown off, you'll get a special enrollment period and can sign up for another plan then.

IINM LRRC always said to send back the info and get an official termination letter. But maybe call them to confirm.
