If it's a C Corp you will pay double tax. If it's an S Corp or LLC any income that it earns goes to you and it doesn't help you  any more than just earning the money without a Corp.

And if you have 10 bank accounts but only report one of them Jersey Care will only know about that one. Obviously that's illegal...
By law I have heard from the LRRC that you do not need to report biz bank account to jersey care only personal. Income though would need to be reported of course.

+1 like thanks.
So Ap from wife's cc to business account back to cc is not income and does not violate any rules when not reported.

This is true. I plan on linking my amazon account to a biz banking account.

AP is never income unless you are actually selling goods (though you are bound to be lying then to AP).

No reason at all just that they give free checking no min balance. If it is just for AP what can you lose.

I am realizing that if my shver wants to give me money he can also load my bluebird card which would not be a JC issue.

I was told that BB is considered a regular account and therefore would be considered an issue for JC

That is true but I think they can access any account that's under your name.

They cannot. Would need a court to subpoena all banks. CMIIW

You better get an appointment with a dentist that takes Jerseycare right now, because the overload from the influx of customers is gonna be enormous.
