LTRAP doesn't actually have a limit, its just that they provide vouchers for those with less assets before those with more. you can always spend the money you have on something like a new car... ;) in order to be eligible for the first tier. you can sell the item you purchased immediately after you were accepted onto the program. 100% legal
Don't you have to list a car as an asset?

Please don't buy a new car to resell.  You pay taxes when you buy it, and reselling a brand new car a few weeks later you'll lose a lot of value on it.
Dealers don't pay sales tax upon purchase. Not sure what the requirements are to become a dealer....

Resellers rarely pay sales tax which is for the end user, but you need to be an "official" reseller. For cars that requires a license to be a used car dealer which allows you to have dealer plates as well. I think that is the primary difference between sales tax and VAT.

I was recently told by lrrc that the need for bank statements for a jersey care county application only applies to interest bearing accounts. Can anyone confirm? Does that mean that only my savings account needs to be reported?
I am reluctant to send in my checking statement because there is income from a previous job that is no longer relevant.

Did something change recently in the income requirements as of Dec?

We are on the State for the kids, and always had to pay in in something. Now all of a sudden it says that I owe nothing.

There's a new chart as of Jan 1 2016.

http://www.njfamilycare.org/income.aspx

Compared to the old chart http://forums.dansdeals.com/index.php?topic=12887.msg1184634#msg1184634
income limits went up slightly.

What changed is that instead of the limits being:
0-133 adult
0-142 kid
142-150 kid

it is now:
0-138 adult
0-205 pregnant
0-147 kid
147-150 kid

So did the state add a pregnancy plan now?

Could whether or not someone is approved depend on which county they are in?
Workflowy. You won't know what you're missing until you try it.

+1 I wonder if that's what knocked me to a lower bracket? Cuz for the county a pregnant is considered 2 ppl.

Did not change was always supposed to b a 5% leeway
There was a
142-150 kid

it is now:
0-138 adult
0-205 pregnant
0-147 kid
147-150 kid
There was always supposed to be a 5% leeway one chart just posting the leeway one the official amount..
I recently read a whole list of requirements that njfamcr is supposed to b following so it matches with the aca
