Usually when I fly budget I don't purchase a carry on and have a good track record of not being asked to pay, but here I purchased a carry on because I figured better safe than sorry. Oh well... I'll report back if they did end up being picky about it or not now that they're hopefully more settled into a routine.

If you paid for a carryon you certainly won’t have any other problems.

If anyone here is flying Norse and connecting on a separate ticket to an onward destination, leave extra time and have a backup plan for cancellations/delays. Better yet book all travel on a card with good travel insurance coverage or buy a travel insurance policy that covers this stuff.

Just beware that if you book separate itineraries and something goes awry, you don’t get reaccommodated for the leg booked on a different itinerary.

Of course. I’ve done self transfers for many people since the war in Israel. Always left sufficient connection time and haven’t had any issues.
