I am referring to what Judaism calls it. The Halachic term for murder is retzicha and it does go into that category, but the name is not really relevant.

It is true. An unwitting pursuer is allowed to be killed. Even an innocent child.
How would you word it? You don’t like the word murder and would rather “killed”?
