Wish there was more photographic evidence, e.g. of the unmasked premium cabin flight attendant. It could get her fired but it would be a damning double standard on the part of LH.

I wish you could have sent LH this entire draft (as it is now before publishing) for comment, as their comments don’t really address any of your issues and are basically a denial of the facts as you present them.

It likely wouldn’t make a difference, considering there’s legal action underway they likely wouldn’t try to spin it in an official statement to media.

Can’t figure out what this means!?

Dan is referring to Singapore Airlines that flies a 5th freedom flight NYC to/from Frankfurt.  The passenger headed back to the US the next morning, and spent the night in Frankfurt before flying Singapore Airlines’ daytime Frankfurt to NY flight. Not sure how to write that succinctly, but I’ll leave it to the experts.

Perhaps Dan can adjust it for clarity.

Whatever the damages are (let’s say $500k-$1m), if doing a GoFundMe leads to Lufthansa admitting more, owning this, and changing protocol so it doesn’t happen again, then it’s well worth it. I’d pay $100 towards that and my guess is many others would too.
