LH keeps parroting about passengers who refused to mask up, is there any basis to that? Was there any active refusal? If you ignore a flight attendants repeated cajoling to mask-up, does that constitute “refusal”?

The fact that the police and the LH employees on the scene didn’t want to talk about what was happening was already an admission of how atrocious it was. When someone (I think it was aygart) upthread invoked “just following orders” it was so macabre
