I see no mention of what happened to the checked in baggage, I'm sure out of 170 passengers some checked in. Were they taken off the line in FRA? Did they remove tags with Jewish sounding names? If they were flown to BUD then it probably caused a major headache for those passengers and I wonder how LH dealt with that.

The guy also makes it sound like LH reaccommodated them on other flights later that day, which isn’t at all what happened, as in fact affected passengers were subject to a 24 hour ban

In the tweet it seems to be quoting the passengers האשימו את החברה באנטישמיות וטענו, but in any case it doesn’t seem they know the difference, the way it’s presented it seems like the media outlet thinks they were all in one group.
