Which (if any) of the following if I take it , will it cause me to loose my cc coverage?

I think generally credit card provides cdw. Which will only cover damage to your car, this is the same thing as ldw (loss damage waiver) that's the only 1 you need to decline. liability covers damage to the other persons car which isn't covered by cc. But if you have us car insurance it's generally covered. Keep in mind this is only true for rentals under 30 days

Without using a national free day code, should be about $250 or so.
You can always call in middle of the rental and change the return location, at least with national in my experience.

Buy a national coupon for ~$105 on DDF and then book a free day rental with national. If national isn't showing availability from Montreal to NY just book a return in Montreal and return it in NY, the coupon should cover the additional fee IME.
