I just had an extremely positive experience with Kyte. I needed to rent a car for 1 day in NY (flying into LGA). All regular rental cars were a fortune (over $150) and they would require taking 2 different shuttle buses from LGA to rent and return which is a real pain. I checked kyte and reserved using an address of a shul in Williamsburg that has minyanim all the time (CH is in the kyte zone as well)
I took an uber to the shul although if I had more time I could've taken a train to save some more. The total price for the rental (using one of the $40 off codes from this thread, thanks!) was $42 including tax. On day of return they texted me that PBG if I didn't refuel would be $5.70 so I filled it up myself for $4pg a block away from the shul. They gave me a 10 minute window for pickup and return and was on time for both. I couldn't be happier with how smooth the process was.
You can use my referral code of ahrong and we each allegedly get $50 credit.
