New Chase travel Limitations 5/2022

Noticing the many issues with the new travel portal?
for one I am trying to book my fam (9 ppl) on a united flight {i am star Alliance gold = they need to be on my reservation/confirmation for perks} but the portal limiting to 5 passengers only, calling chase and they are saying I need to make 2 separate reservations?!? making the second group miss out on gold check-in / free bags/seat selection.

also noticed as of the new portal the hotels section has lost its many search filters/properties/ / mapping / images / ....


been on hold for over 45min to talk to the "supervisor" no help here.

I've found the new Chase travel portal to be horrendous!
Can't book infants or travel within 3 days online. Need to call their terrible CS line.

To address the issue of passengers on separate PNRs, IINM you should be able to add them to your PNR after the fact so you all receive the benefits.

any workaround for booking 9 tickets from the chase portal? I book on 2 reservations?
also are all tickets cancellable for 24 hours? even the non refundable flights?
