I buy ink for my Epson printer at meritline.com. I pay about $3 a cartridge and have been very happy with it.

I like to buy a genuine from Amazon and refill it at costco for ~$8 each. It takes about an hour. one of the bet services they offer.

For ink refills I usually use printerinkwarehouse.com  but if your pressed for time Costco is really your best bet.
