I stand corrected. Searched for it under friends and family and it wasn't among the offers though..

What exactly does Wirefly's "friends and family" entail?

I don't see why it should be different than ordering from the regular site. I personally ordered through there and it seems normal! Though do keep in mind that if you have sero or if want to transfer the phone to a different # you will have a problem if you order from wirefly.

1) How much longer than Sprint will buying through Wirefly take AT MOST?
2) Is there 14-day remorse period and no restocking fee if buying through Wirefly?
3) Will there be an activation fee ($36 or more) if buying from Wirefly?
4) Does anyone qualify for "friends and family" with Wirefly?

1)that depends on when sprint decides to start sending out phones. I was told by wirefly that they will ship them out on date of release which is 5/18
2)correct
3)yes just like if you order from sprint (unless its a new line of service).
4)There is no qualifications to present except ordering through the site or calling the direct number.

It seems like you can get a $50 rebate off the $149.99 Wirefly offer, with Bank of America add it up.
You need to have a BofA bank account or cc for it to work.
Unfortunately it doesn't work with the $119.99 offer.

Because you have to click through? I can't stand sites that sell the same products for different prices depending on clickthrough, Dell and eBags (amongst others) do it too, and it's terribly annoying. Granted, sometimes it can be leveraged to your advantage (not in this case I suspect)...

Yah, I guess $99.99 is better than 119.99 though...
Still debating whether to go through WF altogether in any case.
I wonder if Sprint's sales dept. would match any offers out there.

Where's info on the $50 BoA rebate?

Def worth a shot.

Search for "Bank of America add it up" and log in with your BofA info.

Wow, amazing. Thanks for the info.

But, I'm not sure it's worth the $20 to not use an AmEx...

I spoke to a Wirefly rep who told me that the phones ARE NOT coming from Sprint to them. Meaning, their shipping time frame has nothing to do with when Sprint will get or ship out the phones.
That means it could be who knows how long..

They are being shipped by the manufacturer directly to them. Do you think they will use horse and buggy to ship to wirefly as opposed to UPS? Unless there is already a shortage of evo's (not likely - not yet an iphone) I don't see why wirefly will take 'who know's how long'.
