My father passed and had an obsession with collecting fine ties and pocket squares.

Where is the simplest/best way to sell them all in one transaction for the most $$$?

Any consignment shop will take them off your hands but be prepared to take pennies on the dollar. Buffalo Exchange is also an option.
You can try on eBay/Craigslist but it may not be worth the hassle and I doubt you'd get more money. You're dealing with a very different buyer than somebody going to Bloomingdale's and you run the risk of somebody putting in a chargeback claiming it's fake.
