Hilton Free Night Certificate from a friend - Can I use it

I am planning a 7 night stay in Hilton Tel Aviv in which I have 6 nights already booked with points, and a friend has a free night certificate they want to give me. Can I use it, or will they not let me?

You can be added as a guest on their reservation and you have to contact the hotel to tell them to link it to your other nights.
