Any bus driver in Israel worth his salt can surmise in 5 seconds flat whether or not his bus will fit.

If his bus will fit, he will be inside his bus maneuvering it back and forth until he gets through. If his bus won't fit, he'll be outside his bus yelling at every possible owner of the car blocking him.

In this picture, my money is that he was able to get himself by without the car moving.

IMO The craziest turn for bus drivers is the bend in the road on Rechov Bais Yisrael between the merchazi and Bais Yeshaya at around 1220 when there's a car parked on the left side of the street

I enjoyed watching the right turn from Shamgar to Yirmiyahu when the workers took a chunk of street away at the corner (on Erev Shabbos, of course). Most buses did it as a K-turn. I saw at least two go straight into a streetlight pole.

I find that most IL drivers have a better sense of the dimensions of their vehicle than US trained ones.
