Powerful idea, thanks for sharing! Interestingly enough, this past Shabbos we were talking about how we learn that 10 are a minyan from (or an asmachta from) מה לעדה הרעה הזאת and what was discussed was that any 10 Jews regardless of their stature make up a minyan, quite the contrast.
