The good that may come out of these election results is that hopefully enough people will come around to see that Trump is not a viable candidate for 2024.

Trump won because there were too many R candidates last time, which split the anti-Trump vote.
TBD if Rs have learned that lesson.

Keri Lake doubling down on election denial lunacy. Good job Trump snatching defeat from the jaws of victory!

Oh and we are all waiting for his big announcement to cash in all his victories.

The entire Trump saga is still as fascinating to me as it was in the beginning of 2016. He seems like such a thoroughly unlikable and utterly unelectable individual, who just keeps digging in deeper. The man himself is ill - he's not what fascinates me so much. It's his fan club and popularity, and the degree of influence he maintains over people. It's literally את אשר התעללתי במצרים.

It’s truly fascinating. In my opinion his victory was שלא כדרך הטבע. Perhaps just to be the שליח for Rubashkin? Who knows...

If NV goes R and GA goes runoff, does Trump spend the next month costing Rs the senate in GA again?

This time around DeSantis would seem to be the clear alternative, no?

Question is If he can win Trump in primaries.

If DeSantis has the guts to get in the race and not back down because Trump is running, I think he’s got a good chance. Trump will fall like a deck of cards. The Republican Party sees right through him and want a good alternative.

True. That’s where he will have to have guts. But it’s also not exciting anymore. It’s tired and the oilam is sick of it already.

Question is If he can win Trump in primaries.

why would he risk a bruising primary against Trump?

he'd much rather ride his own popularity, let Trump knock himself out in 2024 & then sweep in in 2028

First time I’m hearing always-Trumpers back away from Trump. I really hope he’s gone from influencing politics after this.

Fox calling PA for Fetterman.
Thanks Trump! Not many people that could have lost to Fetterman in this race.
Having Mastriano on the ballot certainly helped Fetterman as well.

He style was somewhat refreshing when people were sick n tired already from polished nothing-doer politicians. He wasn't elected because he was a mannered person but despite that he wasn't, and rational people hoped that he'll behave somewhat civil given the esteemed office he held. Jan 6 and beyond showed that there is no hope for this man anymore, he turned from a charismatic clown to a grumpy self-centered lunatic who clings to conspiracies. He can still keep a tight grip on his bunch of fools but it's very obvious that he's no longer a viable force in this country.

Nah. Rational people saw through him before 2016. Not that he didn't do anything good, but he has always been a clown.
