Anyone successfully got Hilton to status match with IHG One Rewards?!

I have 200k Hilton Honors points and am booking a stay next month. I tried requesting status match with Hilton Honors and they seem to not allow it. If you call them to request they send you to a website landing form that doesn't work (which they admitted over email!). They don't process these requests in any other way other than that form (we called, emailed etc...).
