Hi everybody! It’s me, the chosson. Wanted to thank everyone for their help getting us there and getting invested in our adventure. I’m currently trying to get American to pay me back for my expenses and someone suggested trying to get attention over social media/twitter. You didn't get anything at all? Should be getting the amount for IDB which is a maximum of $1,550 cash per pax these days.

I don't know if the executives at AA are too happy with Dan right now, after his public endorsement (almost) of ElAl for flights to Israel. Dan may only make things worse right now...

Did they deny your request or just didn’t respond? Regular contact form can take weeks to get a response. I would wait for their formal response before pulling all the strings.

I really need help.
I am IYH getting married next Wednesday July 2nd in Israel. My mother, sister, brother and his wife and baby were supposed to fly in yesterday on elal but their flight was canceled I immediately signed them up for the rescue flights and elal website originally said that they would only open up sales after canceled tickets were rebooked. they never rebooked the tickets and now it doesn't look like there are any flights available, Chase who I booked through said earliest is July 12th and Elal when I called them said I need to go through the booking website (chase)
Does anyone have any contacts in ELAL I really need my mom to walk me down (only parent I have left) and my brother to be there (only relative on the mens side)
Please if anyone can help this is really urgent ( and a big mitzvah helping a chosson who is a yosom and my mom an almanah)

@Shmulie I would also recommend that you reach out to Chaim v'Chessed. I just heard that they arranged a flight. Although I also heard that it is fully booked, if you tell them you're situation, maybe they could figure something out.
