Flying from NYC to Bali (or Jakarta) w/ Alaska and United Miles

Hi everyone!

I'm trying to fly one way from NYC to Bali (or Jakarta if it's easier) with Alaska and United miles (+Citi ThankYou points) in mid-August.

Alaska Airlines Miles: 46,788
United Airlines Miles: 86,784
Citi ThankYou Points: 120,000

I'm quite new to the tricks of the miles trade, so was hoping someone might be able to guide me... is there an easy way to use these points to fly business class or just coach without paying much out of pocket?
