BA milage ticket cancellation

Just tried to cancel a ticket for sunday (more than 24 hrs before departure) but the online option seemed only allow getting a voucher?  I booked on June 10th.  Also there is no email or message indicating cancellation is successful.  What's going on?  THanks.

well never had problem cancelling with BA before.  Next time I will be more careful.  Singapore is Sat so they are closed.

have you tried the last couple of years ? They stopped online refund during covid and i guess it is still cancelled

Take the voucher and call anytime after to change from the voucher to refund miles. It worked for me..

I was able to cancel within the 24 hr period after argued with CSR.  After he talked to the supervisor they allowed me to cancel and deposit the miles.

email came back saying request to refund to voucher was denied.  Ticket was not cancelled.

my BA cancels were all before the pandemic
