Additional details:
- clientele is about 60% frum, 25% not frum, 15% not Jewish
- will have full grocery, produce, prepared foods, bakery, pizza
- will serve markets outside of the immediate city and county

Based on this, I'm looking for a name that doesn't necessary include the location, doesn't have "Kosher" in the immediate name (ok for a sub-name, ex. "Cocolemon Fresh Foods - Grocery and Kosher Market), and doesn't pigeonhole expectations of what it sells.

I would ask a lawyer. Even if you get the trademark that may not protect you in the future.

I would advise using a lawyer, but my somewhat educated guess is that if it’s not the same type of business, and they have no presence or recognition in the US, it should be ok.
