Based on this, I'm looking for a name that doesn't necessary include the location, doesn't have "Kosher" in the immediate name (ok for a sub-name, ex. "Cocolemon Fresh Foods - Grocery and Kosher Market), and doesn't pigeonhole expectations of what it sells.

Im trying to analyze my own decision making process when choosing which kosher supermarket to shop in and I may be totally wrong but I don't think it makes an iota of a difference what the store is named.
I don't shop at Evergreen because I think their produce is the freshest.
I don't shop at Seasons because I think all their fruits are in season.
Depending on what I'm looking for and exactly where I am at the moment, I may be just as likely to shop at Shloimy's as I am to shop at the supermarket near Chestnut and I can't even remember it's name.

I'm going to ask more questions more than offer names, but here is my .02.
In general, there are 2 main types of names, indicative of content or not. Do you want one or the other?

What type of clientele are you targeting?
High end or budget? Family friendly?
Is there an image you are trying to portray, and if so, what is it?
Do you want to highlight what you are offering in the name?
Are there any feelings you want to evoke when people hear or think of the store?
Is there a niche that you are filling that you want to highlight?
What comes to mind when you think of the store?

There are more questions, but this is a start

I like the name Pantry (or maybe something like The Pantry..). Not the pampered part. Short, explains exactly what it's for, easy to say, generic, and I'm sure you can come up with some marketing stuff related to that.

I'm not a fan of of mixed words I think it's unprofessional looking/sounding.
