Any dealers/car rental places near Lakewood that will rent to a 18 year old?

Looking for places near Lakewood that will rent to a 18yo, with no extra fees.

I have my own insurance policy that will cover rentals.

If you have an account that your birthday is over 21 then they don’t charge you under age fee

What’s the problem make a new account just change One number on your license and that’s it.
Or call the DMV and tell them you lost your license and you want new numbers.

Uv had experience with this?
I actually have a new license, however each time I need to rent, I don't really have the time to deal with Hertz saying I can't take it... So I just go with other companies.
