Why don't you give them a time frame and $ amount. See if they can help.

Called the branch and they told they don't have access to ATM transactions, and I should call the number on the back of the card. So I called them, and they said they can only write up a report from someone that LOST money at an ATM, but they dont  have a system to report if you FOUND money. Go figure

Put it this way, it is a large enough sum that if this amount would be offered as a signup bonus, to most people here(me included) it would be considered a fantastic offer and would run to sign up and fulfill all the criteria to earn this amount. The least I could do, is to put in some sort of similar effort to help someone that lost it.

I'm actually familiar with that system a large deposit of mine was taken but not credited. Called the number and was given the credit right away then was confirmed a few days later.

Happy to report that the money was returned!! I actually was able to track down the one that lost it the good old-fashioned way, by hanging up signs in BMG.

I personally prefer the schar for returning it. Hashem has enough deals and signup bonuses to send everyone exactly what is meant for them
