Is there a list of which banks in Israel do not charge fees for using foreign ATM debit cards like Schwab?

So far, I see Bank Hapoalim and Israel Discount Bank do not charge fees - but perhaps there is a more comprehensive list?
Schwab will refund the ATM fee charged to you

IINM the major banks don't charge ATM fees. I believe בנק ירושלים do charge a fee - Schwab reimburses. Standalone ATMs all charge fees - Schwab reimburses.
I've been waiting over 5 years with bated breath for someone to say that!

I was told by Schwab that only ATM fees are reimbursed. I've had multiple ATMs in Israel charge a commission (percentage of the withdrawal) or a transaction charge which Schwab does not automatically reimburse.
Anyone else have this issue?
Thank you

I made a few withdrawals in İstanbul last week that charged a commission, haven't seen a rebate yet. Will wait until month end. I also didn't see the rebate for the ATM withdrawal at IST which IINM was fixed.

You can save your receipts and send to them, they should reimburse, if it's worth your time.

As a rule you should not use dynamic currency conversion

In Istanbul, ATMs gave me the option to use DCC or no DCC (I declined each time) but (at least those in tourist areas) charged a markup (up to 8% IIRC) as the ATM fee. I am waiting to see if Schwab will reimburse.

Yes. Leumi started charging a while back. Use Discount bank.
