PSA just in case this is true do a small transfer to extend the expiration of your points
Even in the new version of the transfer page? Because I only have 19 partners there (i.e. Qantas is missing) vs. 20 in the old version.
The old transfer screen is gone now, so the only way to transfer is via calling up. And another oddity: if you choose the phone menu option to hear your linked loyalty programs, it now calls Qantas "Undefined Partner."
AMEX is looking into it now.
