I would have to disagree and say that the top of the list in importance (for me at least) is the seat comfort.
(Me disagreeing with who you rate better in service is an entirely different point)

I got 3 tickets booked today with Elal. I'm assuming Elal has the best chance for minyan for a chiyuv? Correct?

Continental has always been extremely accommodating for minyanim when I've flown them.
