Selling additional user card for the venture x (2 available) for $75 for a year.
You get 1 year of Hertz President's status plus Priority Pass. Plus includes Global Entry / TSA Precheck Credit. Option to renew after the end of 1 Year.
You won't get the physical card. I will send it to my own address and then add you to PP and Hert Prez.
I already did it to 2 others and it worked flawlessly.
No SSN needed.

It's funny you ask, because come to think of it, I still haven't used the Global Entry / TSA Precheck credit.
If you want, I could include that... Same price

Yes. You can get the status, but you will have trouble renting a car outside of NY and MI (which by law must rent to under 21) unless you have a CDP that allows for underage rentals (like USAA, IBM, Siemens, etc... AAA is only for 20+).
When you use those CDPs you will likely be asked for ID anywhere in the tristate, Miami, LA, Phoenix, etc. (Basically wherever there are a lot of Bochurim trying to use CDPs)  :)

I'm fine renting in NY, does presidential waive the underage fee?

No. You would need some CDP to waive the fee.

Incorrect. Unless TSA Precheck is different from Global Entry.
When I did Global Entry all I needed was to pay when I filled out the application online.
Why would they need to see the physical card during the interview??

@herb is correct. TSA Precheck is indeed different than Global Entry. It needs to be paid in-person.

They usually do, but with Capitol One you don't need to give them your SSN nor your address (only your name), so I don't think they would have anyway to report your card to the credit bureau which would make it not count towards 5/24.

When you did it, did you put in the SSN? It's optional, so if you DO put it in then you're gonna get reported.
Also, you don't have to put in the actual AU's address. You could put in the primary cardholder's (in this case will be me) and the primary will get the card to his address.
If there are 48,647 John Smiths in the US (http://howmanyofme.com/people/john_smith/) and I don't put in this John Smith's SSN / address, how in the world are they going to report it?

It shows on Credit Report, I didn't provide social for my wife on my card, nor mine on hers and both cards show up on our credit reports. I think when it asks for SSN it says it makes it "easier" to figure out whos to report to but I did not fill it in and it still shows. I don't remember but maybe they ask for DOB also and it matches Name + DOB?

Anyone try a fake DOB?
