Now til September- under $1200
Now til May- approximately $6500

Only issue is insurance if you don't have an existing policy, as most cc's only cover for 30 days.

I have done this in the past. They make a contract for 30 days then they call you after 30 days and you resign the contract.

I was told that unless I have a good contact at Hertz that's willing to do me a favor (which I don't), I won't be able to get around it.

Choosing the right starting date is the key. I believe Mondays and Wednesdays return the cheapest quotes.
