My bank said that they cant do an ACH push but I could do Bill Pay . Is that the same thing? Will that also show up as a DD that might trigger the bonus?

No it isn't. You need to do a push from that bank's side after linking the receiving bank's account. Most larger banks have this capability.

Chase had told me that I fulfilled the requirement (I had a deposit from AP and from ING).
Now they said that it does not count towards the bonus.
I SM'd them back asking them if they really intended on going back on what they said when they told me that I should be receiving the bonus within 10 business days.
We'll see what happens.

Got a call from Chase and I asked them to try to push it through, received this a couple of hours later:

I attempted to contact you this afternoon to follow up on

circumstances, ING deposits are not an eligible form of
direct deposit because these transactions are considered

ease and satisfaction, and therefore, I have requested to

Also, i remember reading that these sign-up offers can be redeemed every calendar year. Does anyone have confirmation on that?
