I don't remember exactly what I did...

Before opening the chase checking account I had the following:
 - Chase Freedom card
 - Chase Log in
 - TD Bank checking acct
 - when I pay my Freedom card I would pay online through chase, com (which would pull the money from TD Bank)

When I opened the Chase Checking acct online on 11/8 (at night) they asked if I have a Chase.com log in, to which I entered my info and they had all of my personal info already for the application. When they asked how I want to add money to the checking account once of the options was from a checking acct with another bank, and they had my TD info in the drop down menu.

Need more detail?
Thanks, now i get it but in my case that i opened a new account for my wife that does not have anything (bank, cards) so when they asked from where i want to put in money i gave them my chase account!!! and nothing is happening :( :( :(

It took them until yesterday to show the money in my account and today for it to "clear".
When did you open the account? (Remember Monday was a bank holiday) so it might take longer.
I only paid 15% by switching to dansdeals

The fastest way is by funding with a CC, that takes tops 5 days.
Wouldn't that be a Cash Advance? Is it worth the fee?

Would a debit card work without the fee?

Do you still want a coupon for Chase $200 bonus?
I can sell them for $20 for 200 or $15 for 150

The rep in the SM said,  "blah blah blah we can't apply this coupon code anymore to your new checking account."

Should I ask for the $50 difference credit?
I was eligible for the Chase Premier Plus acct which normally requres 15K min balance but no min bal required if you have a chase mortgage! So, I opened a Chase Total Checking in order to use my $200 coupon. As soon as it posts which should be shortly since my DD just posted than I will upgrade to the Premium Plus account.  I called my branch to ask them abbout the $200 and they were really nice about it :)
