Customer Service agent calling you by your first name

Does it bother anyone through chat or phone, after every part of the conversation they end of by saying your first name, for example:

How can I help you, xxxx?
and then again
Thank for the confirmation, xxxx.
and then again
 I can initiate the refund for you, xxxx
etc.....

Usually if you introduce yourself as Mr xxxx, they will address yo with the Mister

So why are they calling me by first name, It bothers me when some guy from India, or some Arab calls me by first name....

Can we get a list of which nationalities/races can call you by your first name?

It doesn't bother me at all.
Sometimes my chat is specific to my account, so they use the name on the account, other times I supply them with whatever name I want.
I could use Mrs X, her royal highness, weirdo, whatever I choose.  They're probably not even typing it out.  They probably have a 'insert customer's name' button.


If it's a call, they certainly use whatever name I gave them.

I had one time where they asked to speak to my husband and then quickly asked for his "shem prati" (first name).  I answered that it is prati (personal), and she thought that I meant that that is his name!
