I didn't mean that they didn't get it by military conquest. Of course they used military force to get control of it.
My point is that it's not
"TAKING" anything. It is theirs to begin with. They are reclaiming what is theirs through military force.
The word "occupied" by it's nature means that I am somewhere that is not mine. I am occupying what isn't meant for me.
Like I said, and I am quoting the terminology of Naftali Bennet (and even more so any right wing politicain would agree), "it is
disputed territory with 2 sides claiming rights to it".
