I am considering learning the following languages and would like the Chevra to please chime in as to which one they have felt is the best online program.
Arabic, French, Spanish, and Russian

No idea on how good it is, but Rosetta Stone has a lifetime membership for $300.   Includes all the languages you want.

Personally, I found the audio classes from Michel Thomas for Spanish were very good.
