Renting car with one day expired license

Any luck ever renting? Doing it from hertz, also someone else with license will be with me can they take the car out if they won’t let me?

Have your friend do the renting?
But with an expired license I can't see them renting to you. Even 1 day expired.
They likely won't even let you be an additional driver.


Then again, I could be all wrong. Since if you got a ticket for driving with an expired license, would you just be able to renew and make the ticket go away?  I don't think so.

The license has been renewed just haven’t received it yet… taking a while. I’m asking because I am pc and have a good rate code

Did you renew it online or in the DMV? In the DMV your receipt includes the interim license. Online the confirmation page and email should contain a link to print the interim license.
