I am looking to sell this stay to pay for a cash stay on different nights. With that in mind, if there is someone that has a stay booked at WAJ in Aug(between 8/12-8/24) and would prefer these nights(8/24-8/27), I would be open to working something out.

This is just a way for some brokers and other people who have Hilton free night certificates to sell them at overpriced rates. Certs go for 300-325 a night from diamond accounts.  Guess it works if you need to be there on those dates and are sold out. But if you plan no need

Correct, but nights do open up unexpectedly. I just booked 8/25 a few days ago.
