Lufthansa to Cancel Flight

Lufthansa is cancelling almost all flights on Wednesday. I am flying DL into FRA on Thursday morning and than taking a LH flight out of FRA the same day. Would DL be able to change my ticket to a different country instead of flying into FRA?
