I prefer unsweetened yogurt- so I go with plain. If you generally eat sweet yogurt, you probably won't go for the plain.

I love plain yogurt with fresh fruit for flavor and sweetness.

I wouldn't buy (for myself) anything but plain. Haven't had it with fruit or granola, but I can imagine some good combinations.

This thread made me spend a minimum of $10 on my daily breakfast. 2 containers of plain Bethel yogurt mixed with fresh blueberries (which for a while skyrocketed in price) make my days much better.

I tried the chocolate milk, it's unbelievable. You have to first shake it to get all the cream from the top to mix back in, but I never tasted such fresh and delicious chocolate milk.

Per OK guide:

Soak in Veggie Wash/liquid soap solution for 10 minutes.
Agitate and rub the blueberries in the water.
Place in a strainer or colander and wash thoroughly under a stream of running water.
Split open a few blueberries and check for white maggots.
If maggots are found the box should be discarded.

Other organizations have different variations, mostly based on soap wash. OU seems to be the most lenient IINM, only requiring wash under stream of running water.

Except for Pesach, in our kitchen any fresh produce that has a חשש of infestation gets washed or soaked with dish detergent as the first step.

although I was finding heavy infestation last summer (domestic blueberries) even after several soap washes, lately I haven't been finding any infestation even with one wash (all Peru blueberries). I don't know if there's a correlation between the sources. R Shalom Tendler says no and it's hit or miss with every location seasonally.

When there is heavy infestation their guideline is different? Do they stay on top of the info and update accordingly?
